Helmeta is operated by a private individual under the small business regulation (§19 UStG). Therefore, no VAT is charged.
2. Products and Orders
We sell physical goods such as shirts and accessories. All product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations may occur. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the product details before purchasing.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices shown on the website are final and include any applicable taxes according to §19 UStG. Payments are processed securely via WooPayments. We do not store or have access to your payment information; all transactions are handled by our payment processor.
4. Shipping
Orders are fulfilled and shipped internationally by our production partners. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and product type. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
5. Returns and Refunds
Since each product is made to order, we can only accept returns in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@helmeta.de with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., postal delays, customs issues, force majeure). To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Data Protection

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be handled by the competent courts in Berlin, Germany.
